repat.ch connects sellers and buyers. Payment, transport and warranty are settled between them: repat.ch is never a party to the sale.

Prices
Prices are quoted excluding VAT, in the seller's currency. The VAT-inclusive amount on a listing applies the standard rate of the seller's country, for guidance only. Conversions into your currency are approximate and marked with “~”.
Terms of use
Version of September 12, 2026. By using repat.ch, you accept them.
- 1.
The service. repat.ch is a classified-ads site. It is neither seller, buyer nor agent. It collects no payment and is never a party to the sale.
- 2.
Who can use it. The site is for professionals and semi-professionals in events and live entertainment, whatever their status: company, sole trader, association, public body, or individual with a regular practice. You are an adult and your details are accurate. Your account is personal: you are responsible for what is done with it.
- 3.
Your listings. You alone are responsible for what you publish: description, price, photos, legality. You have the right to sell the equipment and to use the photos. No counterfeits, no stolen or prohibited goods, no equipment located outside Europe.
- 4.
The sale. The contract is concluded between seller and buyer, without repat.ch. Check the equipment before paying. repat.ch guarantees neither condition, conformity, delivery nor payment. Disputes are settled between the parties.
- 5.
Moderation. repat.ch may refuse, suspend or remove any listing or account, at its sole discretion and without notice. No compensation is due. To report a listing: contact@repat.ch.
- 6.
Liability. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, repat.ch is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, from content posted by a member or from a sale between members.
- 7.
Content. You remain the owner of your texts and photos. You allow repat.ch to display, adapt and share them (social networks, link previews) to promote your listing. The site itself may not be copied or scraped.
- 8.
Changes. repat.ch may change these terms. The version in force is the one shown here, with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
- 9.
Governing law. Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Walloon Brabant (Belgium) have exclusive jurisdiction.
Personal data
- What we keep: your name and e-mail, your location if you provide it, your listings and photos, your favourites and searches while signed in, and technical sign-in data (IP address, browser).
- Why: to run the site, put you in touch, suggest listings that match you and prevent abuse. Your data is never sold or rented.
- Messages: the contact form forwards your message and your e-mail address to the seller, who replies to you directly. repat.ch keeps no copy.
- Photos: when you publish, they may be analysed by an artificial-intelligence service to pre-fill the listing.
- E-mails: repat.ch may write to you about your account, your listings and new listings likely to interest you. Every e-mail includes a link to stop receiving them.
- Providers: hosting and storage in the European Union, e-mail delivery, Google sign-in if you choose it, image analysis by artificial intelligence, geocoding. Some are based outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. Full list on request.
- Cookies: technical only (session, language, currency). No advertising or tracking cookies.
- How long: as long as your account exists. It is deleted on request.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection. Write to contact@repat.ch. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
